We can also review potential concerns, product red flags, and questions to bring to your doctor or pharmacist before adding a new supplement to your routine.
The goal is to help you better understand functional mushroom products, reduce avoidable risks, and make more informed wellness decisions.

Special attention is given to the monoamine oxidase–inhibiting compounds commonly present in ayahuasca and the importance of discussing medications, supplements, and health conditions with a qualified healthcare professional.
The goal of this service is to reduce preventable harm, encourage informed decision-making, and provide a supportive place to ask questions without judgment. General education may also include personal risk factors, informed consent, support planning, post-experience reflection, and recognizing when medical or mental health assistance may be necessary.
This service does not provide or recommend ayahuasca, assist with sourcing or preparation, identify ingredients, provide individualized dosing or microdosing instructions, supervise consumption, or facilitate an ayahuasca ceremony or experience.
